  • 40 g OSCAR® Premium Redwine Reduction 
  • 30 ml gastrique
  • 50 ml water
  • 50 ml olive oil

Preparation

  1. Mix OSCAR® Premium Redwine Reduction, gastrique, and water together. Then slowly add the olive oil while stirring until the desired texture is achieved.
