At OSCAR A/S, we have an independent third-party whistleblower scheme, "Your Voice Matters", which enables internal employees and external stakeholders to report serious observed matters.
Reports may be submitted regarding serious matters or violations, including:
- Violations of EU law
- Financial crime, including fraud, bribery, and corruption
- Serious breaches of workplace, environmental, or safety regulations
- Sexual harassment, severe harassment, or other serious person-related matters
The whistleblower scheme must not be used to report minor issues or ordinary HR-related matters.
All reports are handled confidentially in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act and may be submitted anonymously.
Individuals who submit reports in good faith are protected against retaliation.
Reports are handled by an independent and impartial third party, and follow-up is carried out in accordance with the legal requirements regarding procedures and deadlines.
