OSCAR® Chicken Fond Concentrate provides a good versatile base with an incredibly authentic taste of boiled chicken. Use it in your soups and sauces, e.g. in a classic sauce blanquette with roasted guinea fowl breast or in your stews such as chicken fricassee. You can use OSCAR® Chicken Fond Concentrate directly for cold dishes, e.g. in a chicken salad or in a classic curry dressing for your Club Sandwich. Bottle with 1 l of concentrate, gives up to 51 l of fond.
